ADVERTISING During the month of January, TTNA PR Representatives spent one week calling on key media contacts in New York from target publications including: Bridal Guide, Condé Nast Traveler, Elite Traveler, Fitness, Forbes, Modern Bride, National Geographic Adventure, Spa Finder, Successful Meetings, Travel Agent Magazine, Travel + Leisure and more. The feedback was extremely positive with many stories already pending for 2004. Editors are interested in receiving more newsworthy information specific to product such as renovations and new product launches.

Radisson Seven Seas' m/s Paul Gauguin is the top rated ship for the Best Cruise Ships in the world by Condé Nast scoring a 97.7 overall rating in the Reader's Poll. In the same category, the Wind Star scored an 85.4. We'd also like to congratulate the Tahitian Princess, who scored a 86.7, which was sixth place for the medium ships. Manuia!

In the Artbeat Section of Island's Magazine, contributing author Bob Payne covers the upcoming exhibit at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston titled Gauguin Tahiti, which will open on February 9 and run through June 20, 2004.

The article includes two pieces of Gauguin's artwork: Where Do We Come From? What Are We? Where Are We Going? (1897-1898) and one of Gauguin's carvings in painted linden wood, Be Mysterious (1890).

Condé Nast Traveler's 2004 Reader's Choice awards are out! Congratulations to Bora Bora Lagoon Resort who scored 100 (!) in the Asia/Australia/Pacific Nations section for the "Best by Location". Bora Bora Lagoon Resort was also listed in the Gold List for the same category with InterContinental Beachcomber Resort Moorea.

We'd also like to congratulate Radisson Seven Seas Cruises who scored a 93 in the cruise line category.

In the Native Intelligence section of Hawaiian Airlines magazine, Hana Hou!, the island of Huahine was featured in comparison to her sister islands in the Societies. The author noted, "Huahine is like a quiet country cousin - known for its handful of resorts (and) its fine produce and proud populace."
