Classic

When doing so, feedback from travel
agents was critical for Classic in making
sure that the new destination met its
customers’ needs entirely. Currently,
Classic Vacations features 21 properties
on eight islands in Tahiti, along with

Now,
almost at the end of 2006 and just about
one year since it introduced Tahiti
to its agents and customers, Classic
Vacations can proudly note that this
was a sound decision for the company.
Tahiti and Her Islands became a major
destination for the company, one that
is sought after for honeymoon vacations
and other activities.
Tahiti is a place like no other. For
families and adventure seekers, Tahiti
offers a wide selection of experiences
to help them enjoy their vacations,
ranging from swimming with dolphins
and feeding the rays, to mountain biking,
horseback riding, and 4-wheel drive

we plan for 2007, Tahiti will continue
to be a major market for us,”
said Jonna Jackson, Classic’s
product director for Tahiti. “Our
goal is to continue exploring unique
opportunities in this destination and
deliver incremental customers to Tahiti
and Her Islands. We will continue to
raise the level of service here by offering
private arrival services and private
sightseeing tours. Additionally, we
plan to work with our hotel partners
to offer additional romantic experiences
such as massages and special dinners
to enhance the experience of the clients,”
